Do I have to order thousands of bags?

No. Custom bag orders can start small — even 5 bags for a test or a closing gift.

What file do you need for my logo?

A high-resolution PNG, PDF, or JPEG file works best. If you only have a website logo, send what you have and we will tell you if it will print cleanly.

Can you ship to more than one address?

Yes. Local Charlotte delivery is available, and we can ship finished bags. For multi-address corporate gifts, send us the list with your quote request.

How far ahead should we order?

Custom bag orders can often move quickly. For events and holidays, reach out as soon as you have a date so we can lock flavor, labels, and delivery.
